Mary is passionate about facilitating growth, empowerment and transformation for individuals, groups and organizations

 

She is a Certified Life Coach, trained  and certified by Leadership the Works, a member of the International Coaching Federation. She has delivered hundreds of hours of coaching, assisting people of all ages (from 9 to 89) and from all walks of life.  Mary has completed three year long classes in Internal Family Systems work (IFS) and is in the process of receiving IFS Certification.

 

Mary is a Conflict Resolution Coach, trained by the Mediation and Training Collaborative. She has facilitated conflict mediations between friends, neighbors, co-workers and family members. Her goal is always to provide the support and structure which will allow people in conflict to become able to hear each other's differences and revive their connections, their love, their ability to work together.

 

Mary is a Collaborative Communication Trainer with hundreds of hours of training + study, focused largely on the principals and practices of  NVC and Collaborative 'Communication. She has studied directly with  Miki Kashtan, Robert Gonzalaz, Ike Lasater, Martha Lasley, Francois Beausoleil.

 

Mary has led classes and workshops over the last 5 years for community groups and organizations throughout New England.

She understands the needs and challenges of individuals and organizations from the inside out.

 

Mary has a Masters degree in Public Administration and Literacy Teaching and has worked in both these fields.

 

Mary's  successful marriage of 30+ years, her mindfulness meditation practice/teaching and her early training in Co-counseling are foundations for the powerful coaching and training she delivers today.
